Mission Statement
The Wheeling Symphony Society, Inc. serves the residents of our communities by providing excellent orchestral programs which entertain, educate and enhance the quality of life.

The Wheeling Symphony offers cabaret table seating with the option to purchase dinner at its Pops Series concerts at WesBanco Arena in Wheeling, and pre-concert dining and Concert Talk for Masterworks concerts at John Marshall in Glen Dale.

POPS DINING
Those who have Pops tickets at cabaret tables have the option to purchase dinner and/or drinks before the concert. WesBanco Arena opens at 6 p.m. the evening of the concert for dinner patrons.


Pops dinners are ordered through WesBanco Arena and not the symphony. Orders must be placed at least 72 hours before the concert by calling the arena at 304.233.7000.

MASTERWORKS DINING
CONCERT TALK
Pre-concert dining is held in the John Marshall Commons (located in the main school building and connected by a walkway to the concert hall) at 6:30 p.m. Following dinner at 7 p.m., the very popular Concert Talk will be held in the commons area instead of in the concert hall. Concert Talk remains free and open with plenty of seating for those who do not wish to dine.

The menu for Masterworks Concerts is a buffet catered by Alexander's on 7th and includes:

   Carved honey glazed ham

Pasta Roma
(Vegetarian: pasta tossed with olive oil garlic, Roma tomato, fresh spinach, basil and feta cheese)Vegetable du Jour

The cost is $15 which includes tax and gratuity.

Dinner reservations are made through the Symphony by calling 304.232.6191 at least 72 hours before the concert. Payment must be made the evening of the concert or in advance by check or credit card.

Concert Talk, hosted by WSO board member Tina Zaleski, offers informative and intriguing insight into the story behind the music that will be performed that evening. No reservations are necessary for Concert Talk.
